Signature Steel Structure Projects

Jahra Equestrian Club Pavilion

We fabricated and erected the primary steel framework for the equestrian pavilion, coordinating closely with the architectural team to achieve precise tolerances. Our shop-fabricated members were delivered just-in-time and installed using laser-alignment technology, resulting in a flawless structural envelope.

Kuwait University Conference Center

For the university’s new auditorium, we designed, pre-assembled, and installed complex roof trusses. Each member underwent stringent nondestructive testing before coating, ensuring both longevity and adherence to structural codes.

Al-Shabra Agricultural Facility, Sulaibikhat

This agricultural processing plant required expansive column-and-beam assemblies. Our team delivered over 500 tonnes of steelwork on an accelerated schedule, enabling the client to commission the facility ahead of peak harvest season.

Fire-Protection Coating Projects

  • Kuwait International Fair Complex

    Applying cementitious and intumescent systems, we protected over 2,000 m² of main girders and columns. Our multi-layer approach achieved a four-hour fire rating, backed by onsite wet film thickness verification and third-party lab testing

  • Sulaibikhat Stadium

    For this high-profile sports venue, we specified clear intumescent coatings on exposed steel trusses, delivering up to 120 minutes of fire protection without altering the architectural finish. Rigorous QA inspections were conducted daily to maintain uniform coverage.

  • National Guard Parking Building

    This multi-level garage structure was safeguarded using high-build cementitious spray. The system’s impact resistance made it ideal for heavy vehicle traffic, and the client praised our zero-defect record on final inspection

  • Agility Warehouses

    We protected critical racking frames with cementitious spray, ensuring four-hour structural integrity. Night-shift applications allowed uninterrupted warehouse operations, and detailed progress logs kept stakeholders informed.

  • Concrete Factory for Alamiah Building Co.

    Our team applied hybrid cementitious-intumescent coatings to steel beams and columns, tailoring thickness profiles to factory process requirements. The seamless finish met both safety standards and maintenance considerations.

Fire-Rated Steel Door Installations

  • Awtad Towers, Mahboula

    Supply and installation of 120 doors rated up to 180 minutes, complete with integrated smoke seals and vision panels. Modular frame kits enabled rapid site hanging and simplified door-leaf alignment.

  • Metal Plates Factory, Al-Ahmadi

    Working with Emaar Projects Company, we delivered custom fire-rated doors for production areas. High-temperature seals and panic hardware were factory-tested prior to shipment.

  • Zakat House, Fahd Al-Ahmad

    This civic building required 60-minute rated doors in public corridors. Our team coordinated closely with the façade contractor to maintain design continuity and achieved full civil-defense certification on first submission.

  • Facilities Security Building, Subhan

  • KIB Bank Branches
